If this was to be classified as a disease this would be the biggest disease of all.  This is the reason why the Pharma Companies are making millions of dollars selling sleep pills to those who are unable to sleep at night. 

Unable to get a good night's sleep  is the major reason why the productivity of even  the best  performers is falling off the charts.  A new study shows that maybe mindfulness is the answer to all the sleeping problems.

What the word mindfulness means is that your mind is at that moment completely focused on that set task.

We often complicate it by overthinking mindfulness is all about. Mindfulness is very simple. It's your ability to stay focused on a certain task without getting distracted as when you are working a thousand thoughts surrounds your mind.

It is not in your power to stop the thoughts that are coming in your mind but you have complete control over what thoughts you want to give power to.
