How diet helps in muscle growth and fat loss

Building muscles or losing fat both are centered around cardio exercises and weight lifting yet, both are linked with a single anchor that is diet. In order to maximize the results for muscle gain or weight loss, one should focus on what he or she is eating. 

Diet is the single main source of less effective workout or negligible weight loss. There are phases in the bodybuilding where you have to bulk up in order to gain muscles which can also lead to gain in weight. 

This can be done by eating a high calories diet which is rich in protein as it is an essential muscle building whereas in the cutting phase you have to lower the calories so as to remove all the unnecessary fat gained in the bulking phase.
