A Paneer recipe which is anyone can enjoy. Paneer Tikka is a vegetarian recipe bursting with spices and flavors of marinated cheese cubes that are grilled in tandoor. If you don't happen to have a tandoor then a nice hot grill can also do the job perfectly, just make sure to marinate the cheese cubes long enough.
Method
1. Slice some paneer into chunks of small sprinked with spices such as salt and chilli powder.
2. Take a large bowl and add some curd to it along with spices such as ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala and amchur powder. Add 1 tbsp of oil to the mix.
3. Add the paneer chucks to the mix. Let the chunks marinate at room temperature after you mix then gently with the marinate.
4. Preheat the grill and use a baking tray with a spray of butter or oil. Thread the marinate pieces and grill for a few minutes until they turn light brown on the pieces.
5. Serve hot with pudina chutney or ketchup
