Mindfulness Meditation in this Busy World


No, doubt the world has suddenly gotten fast paced and busy. Multitasking is the new norm and watching television and eating or keeping eye on kids is the normal now. There are also times when you are driving and without some music or radio you will feel like just sleeping. 

This practice of multitasking not only leads to losing your connection to the present self in the moment but you also find yourself lost when you try to do other tasks in the future. I'm sure you might have noticed that when you are well rested you have the energy to carry on any task be it one of the hardest tasks you might have come around in your life. This is where mindfulness comes in. 

Mindfulness is the practice of keeping your attention in the present moment without having to divide it in multiple directions. Mindfulness helps you to decrease the forgetfulness episodes because it helps you to focus in the current moment. This not only is the key to reduced forgetfulness but also, reduction is stress and improvement in your mood.

Homeless Dog Kept Following Other People On The Streets, Until We Found Her..

A homeless dog was roaming the streets of a small city in Romania. This dog kept following other people of the streets in hope that someone might be able to help her. Howl of a Dog team approached the dog in a manner not to scare the dog.  See how they helped this dog and now this dog is really happy to be rescued.
